Regulamin korzystania ze strony Fundacji

§1 Postanowienia ogólne

1. Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze strony internetowej Fundacji Per Mentes, dostępnej pod adresem https://permentes.org.
2. Właścicielem i administratorem strony jest Fundacja Per Mentes, z siedzibą w 26-500 Szydłowiec, Omięcin 1, wpisana do KRS: [nr KRS], NIP: [nr NIP], REGON: [nr REGON].
3. Strona pełni funkcję informacyjną i edukacyjną – jej celem jest prezentowanie działalności Fundacji, projektów oraz szkoleń.

§2 Korzystanie ze strony

1. Użytkownik zobowiązany jest do korzystania ze strony w sposób zgodny z prawem i dobrymi obyczajami.

1. Fundacja dokłada starań, aby treści publikowane na stronie były aktualne i rzetelne, jednak nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za skutki korzystania z informacji zawartych na stronie.
2. Strona może zawierać odnośniki do innych serwisów – Fundacja nie odpowiada za treści tam publikowane.

§5 Postanowienia końcowe

1. Fundacja zastrzega sobie prawo do wprowadzania zmian w Regulaminie.
2. W sprawach nieuregulowanych zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego.
